How we work — told through jaggery

Sameetha International

From local processors to private-label cartons — hygiene, weight control, and packing shaped to your market.

The idea

One product. The full operating rhythm.

Jaggery is how we show the way we work: source with trusted local processors, pack under hygiene controls, apply your private label where needed, and ship to the packing and documentation specs your market expects.

01

Work with local processors

We partner with established jaggery makers and packing units near our supply belt — not a distant commodity desk.

Orders are planned with the processor so grade, colour, and batch size match your enquiry. Local teams handle the hands-on work; Sameetha International coordinates quality expectations, packing specs, and export readiness from Kollam.

Hygiene and safety on the line

Hairnets, gloves, and covered work surfaces are part of how product is handled before it reaches your carton.

Primary handling happens on protected floor covers in a ventilated hall. Workers portion and bag under basic food-handling discipline so cubes stay clean from bulk intake through retail-ready packs.

03

Weigh and portion to your order

Digital scales keep pack weights consistent — whether you need retail sachets or wholesale inner packs.

Each bag is filled and checked so net weight aligns with the packing list you approve. That same discipline supports private-label SKUs where your brand will sit on the outer carton.

04

Primary packs into cartons

Cubed jaggery is sealed in clear inner bags, then nested tightly into export cartons for transit.

Inner packing protects the product from dust and moisture handling. Carton fill is organised so cubes arrive intact — ready for ethnic grocery shelves or further distribution in your market.

05

Protected staging before load-out

Bulk blocks and packed lots move in lined crates so moisture and abrasion stay under control in the warehouse.

Lined crate staging keeps lots identifiable and cleaner between processing and final carton sealing. It is the bridge between floor packing and container stuffing.

Private label to buyer needs

Outer cartons can carry Sameetha International branding, bilingual text, and weight/date fields — or your approved private-label artwork.

Share your artwork or packing brief — brand mark, language lines, net/gross weight, packed and expiry dates. We align carton print and markings so the shipment reads correctly at destination.

Seal, stack, and ship

Cartons are taped, stacked, and released with the documentation path you choose — FOB or CIF on request.

Once packing is complete, lots are staged for container loading and commercial documents. You receive a clear packing story from local processor through to port — the same rhythm we use across our wider agri-food range.
